The following foods high on omega-3’s will help brain health, salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, sardines, soybeans, nuts, flaxseed, and other seeds.

Additionally, dark chocolate (80% +), berries, whole grains, coffee, avocados, eggs, broccoli, kale and soy products.
