Vitamin B Can Boost Your Energy Levels

Vitamin B as a whole places a vital role in maintaining good health and is extremely important for your energy levels, brain function, and cell metabolism. Amongst the many benefits that vitamin B complex has, it includes cell health, growth of red blood cells, increased energy, improvement of eyesight, optimization or brain function, improved digestion, optimized nerve function, cardiovascular health, and improved muscle tone.

Vitamin B complex is of great benefit for both men and women and the benefits mentioned above are positive for both sexes. B vitamins may also aid in fetal brain development as well as reduced risk of birth defects. While vitamin B has all these amazing benefits it is important that the correct dosage on a daily basis is not increased. Taken into account that vitamin B is a nerve vitamin it has a tendency to have the same effects as drinking too much coffee and it can cause jitteriness and an anxious feeling.

Soy Products Contain a Good Amount of Vitamin B

Signs of lack or vitamin B can include constipation, diarrhea, nausea, confusion, weakness, fatigue, skin rashes, and numbness or tingling in the feet and hands.  If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms it is best to consult your family physician to see whether you do have a Vitamin B deficiency or some other type of illness.

Some foods that contain Vitamin B are nuts and seeds, cheese, eggs, whole grains and cereals, fruits such as banana and watermelon and citrus fruits, soy products, and many others.  Research for additional foods that may contain a good amount of vitamin B and consult your doctor and what is best for you when it comes to supplementing your B vitamins.
