Not reading the ingredient labels of food is a slow painful death. What you ingest today without any scrutiny will break down your body systematically and will force you to become old before your time.

All food is every bit as good tasting as any junk food out on the market, except without the addicting chemicals to make you a slave to the food. Junk food destroys your taste buds and doesn’t allow you to enjoy the flavor of REAL food.

Eating food with chemicals make you an addict, no different that the cocaine addict…well maybe worse, because chemically filled food addiction is socially acceptable.
